We want you to understand the purchase terms before investing in a HeartCore Creative® product or service.
Because we offer both digital products and custom creative services, refund and cancellation terms vary depending on what you purchase.

Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of products such as Clarity Cards™, all digital product sales are generally final once access has been provided.
Digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods, and purchasing a product does not give permission to copy, distribute, share, reproduce, or resell the materials.
Refunds will not ordinarily be issued because a purchaser:

  • Changes their mind

  • Decides not to use the product

  • Does not complete the product

  • Expected a different business or branding result

  • Purchased the product but later determined it was not needed
     

Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us at info@theheartcorecreative.com
We will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate access or delivery issues.
If we are unable to provide access to a purchased digital product because of an error on our part, an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund may be provided.

Branding and Design Services
Custom branding and design projects require HeartCore Creative to reserve time, plan resources, prepare for the project, and decline other work during the reserved project period.
For that reason, payments made toward custom services may be non-refundable as provided in your individual client agreement.
Your signed client agreement will specify the terms applicable to your project, which may include:

  • Retainers or initial payments

  • Payment schedules

  • Project cancellations

  • Rescheduling

  • Client delays

  • Project abandonment

  • Work already completed

  • Remaining balances

  • Credits, if applicable

If the terms of this website policy conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that project.

Project Inquiries
Submitting a project inquiry does not require you to purchase services and does not create a client relationship.
A project is not considered booked until all booking requirements identified by HeartCore Creative have been completed.
 

Promotional Offers and Credits

Promotional offers, service credits, discounts, or limited-time incentives may have additional eligibility requirements or expiration terms.

Those terms will be communicated with the applicable offer and do not have a cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
